Multi instrumentalist playing bass , fiddle, banjo, guitar, bouzouki and mandolin. He will lead you through all dances with his simple easy to follow explanations and gentle humour.

Jen
Guitarist , vocalist, driving force behind the band. A multi -instrumentalist also plays button accordion, mandolin and bodhran Assists with practical demonstrations of the holds and dance steps for all abilities

Banshee are not just a ceilidh/barn Dance band. Tony and Jen can provide a variety of musical services including live background music, sing-a-long entertainment , outdoor songs and tunes for Festivals, Garden parties and the like. They have played at wakes, funerals and hen parties as well as on local radio stations and TV . They have played to children in schools teaching them songs dances and about the many instruments they utilise.
Banshee are a successful band with many years of continual performance . Weddings and parties form the bulk of their engagements. Tony's calling is legendary and can get most people to engage in the fun and simple dances in their act with gentle banter and easy to follow instructions . Jen's assistance to demonstrate the holds and moves makes the perfect formula for a successful night. Although they function very successfully as a duo with advanced technology to create the sound a full band from their playing. Banshee can utilise other superb co-operative musicians to suit client's needs perfoming as a three piece and a four piece unit depending upon the budget .

Ben
Ben plays with us occasionally . He is a first class musician with a wide musical repertoire . He is classically trained . He plays folk music as well as Jazz and is a member of the Cheltenham Symphomy Orchestra . He's good fun and very versatile.

Daisy
One of the founder members of Banshee now a music teacher and busy mum. She will occasionally join us as required. A versatile player she can play fiddle, flute and piano and is currently learning to play the harp.
Life Of Riley
Tony's old chums Morris and Feliks from Life of Riley will often join Banshee to enhance Ceilidh and Barn Dances.
Tony occasionally calls dances for them too .

Nia is a talented fiddle player from Cardiff a
highly qualified music teacher who frequently plays on the BBC . She has played with us .

Erica Mcarthy
Erica is an excellent fiddle player and qualified teacher based in Gloucester with roots from the Forest of Dean. She loves dancing . She has a talented family of musicians.
